How do I add another calendar to my calendar view?
If you've received an invitation to share someone else's calendar, you can select the link in the invitation to add their calendar to your calendar view.You can also go to your 'Calendar' to add a calendar (an internal person or external calendar) to your view.
- Right-click in the navigation pane where you see OTHER CALENDARS. Select Open calendar.
- To add a calendar that belongs to someone in your organization, enter their name in "From" directory. After you've entered the desired calendar or URL, select Open to add the calendar.
How do I rename a calendar?
Sometimes, when you subscribe to a calendar, the name of the calendar is not to your liking.
