This error is usually caused by incorrect network settings. The error dialog will look like this:
To resolve the issue, make sure there are no proxies set:
- Type "Control Panel" in the Search Box >> Hit Enter key.
- In the ne window, click on Network and Internet >> Internet Options

- Click the Connections tab.
- Click the LAN Settings button.
- Make sure all the boxes are unchecked and that no IP addresses are present in any of the boxes.

- Click OK.
