Opening a Resource or Generic Mailbox in Outlook Web App

To open another mailbox in Outlook Web Access:

1. Log into Outlook Web App using your own credentials.
2. Click on your initials in the upper right corner of the window and choose Open Another Mailbox.
   
   
    
3. In the Open Other Mailbox dialog box, enter the email address of the mailbox that you want to open, then click Open. The mailbox will open in a separate window or tab.
