Editing Outlook Shared Calendar Permissions

This article explains how to adjust permissions on a shared calendar in Outlook.
Body
- Right-click on the calendar you want to share and click on Properties.

- In the pop-up window, click on the Permissions tab.

- Click on the Add button.

- Type in the last name of the user you would like to add, click on his or her name, click Add, then click OK.

- Set the Permission Level based on the permissions you would like the user to have (such as Editor).

- Click OK.
- Once that has been completed, contact the user you added and have him/her follow these directions:
- Right-click on Other Calendars, select Add Calendar, and click the Open Shared Calendar option.

- In the window that appears, have him or her type in the name of the calendar.

- Click OK.
- The calendar will then populate in their Outlook client.
