If you need to move technology items from one location to another, please take the following steps to ensure a smooth transition:
- Contact Physical Plant at x3151 to arrange the physical move. Be sure to list the office you are moving from as well as the location you are moving to.
- Once a date/time has been arranged with Physical Plant, contact the Help Desk at 745-4357 to request a ticket to have your printer, phone, and/or computers reconnected after the move. Be sure to let the tech know where the new location is and if there are any printers to be moved, especially networked printers.
- An ITS employee will come to your office/classroom to reconnect your PC and/or printer at the new location.
