Clearing Web Browser Cache and Cookies

Google Chrome/Microsoft Edge
To quickly clear cache and cookies:
- On your keyboard, hold down CTRL SHIFT DELETE keys. (If using a Mac, hold down COMMAND SHIFT DELETE).
- Under the Time Range menu, choose All Time.
- Check the Cached Images and Files box.
- Check the Cookies & Other Site Data box.
- Click the Clear Now button.
Mozilla Firefox
To quickly clear cache and cookies:
- On your keyboard, hold down CTRL SHIFT DELETE keys. (If using a Mac, hold down COMMAND SHIFT DELETE).
- Under the Time range to clear menu, choose Everything.
- Check the Cache box.
- Check the Cookies box.
- Click the Clear Now button.
Safari
To clear website history and misc. data:
- Click the Safari menu, and choose Clear History.
- Choose all history from the pulldown menu.
- Click the Clear History button.
To clear cache:
- Click the Safari menu and choose Preferences.
- Click Advanced and check Show Develop menu in menu bar. Close the preferences window.
- Go to Develop menu and choose Empty Caches.
- Quit and relaunch Safari.
