Xavier University alumni accounts expire less an 1 year from graduation, without the ability to be recovered. This impacts your ability to access your email, OneDrive, Office365, and other services that use your Xavier login.
Please ensure that you have removed any items that you need from your account prior to the following dates.
- May Grads: Your account will expire the following April 1st.
- August Grads: Your account will expire the following July 1st.
- December Grads: Your account will expire the following November 1st.
Prior to this deadline, please take the following actions:
- Update your information with the Xavier Alumni Office to continue to receive information about Alumni events, news, and resources.
- Remove any valuable contacts, documents, and other information from your Xavier account.
- If any commercial, financial social media, or other online services are currently linked in any way to your Xavier account for password recovery etc, update those services to use an alternate personal email address.
- View this information on the alumni website.
