EAB Navigate Issues

EAB is controlled by the office of Student Success; IT does not have access to it for troubleshooting. Support requests should be made directly to Student Success via channels mentioned on their EAB website.

EAB Navigate is a system used by faculty advisors for advising outreach and note-taking about their student interactions. It includes an appointment booking feature that integrates with Outlook calendars.

EAB is a vendor-supported system; IT has no admin access to diagnose or resolve issues with it. Support is provided by the Office of Student Success and the vendor.

Per the above site, support requests for EAB can be submitted to Student Success via web form or email (eab@xavier.edu).
