Audio feedback when in Microsoft Teams meetings
Causes
The microphone is too close to the speaker.
Microphone boost settings too high.
Resolution #1
To resolve this issue:
1)Use headphones
2)Mute microphone when not in use.
3)Close other programs that might be using your microphone or speakers.
4)Turn down the speaker volume.

Laptop Device settings
-Adjust Sound Setting by right-clicking on the speaker icon on your taskbar and selecting Sound Settings. Once the settings pop up, scroll down to where you can see Input and a button that says Troubleshoot. Click on it to see if that can fix the problem.
-Adjust Device Settings by pressing the Windows key on your keyboard and typing Device Settings. Once you open it up, look for your microphone > right-click> Update Driver > Auto Update. Check if this works or if not, try uninstalling that driver and reinstalling it if is a microphone that is connected via a USB cable then reconnect it so it may reinstall the driver.
-Adjust the Audio device by going to Control Panel (Windows key then typing Control Panel) and searching for Sound in the search bar. You will be able to find the option called Manage Audio Device which you'll wanna click. A small window will open up, click on the tab called Recording. Right-click on your Microphone > Properties > Listen > then un-tick Listen to this to device also click on the Level tab and reduce the Microphone Boost setting. Note: This setting may not be available for some microphones.
