Removing a Shared Mailbox From View Using Outlook for Mac

- Open Outlook for Mac and go to Tools menu >> Accounts.
- In the window, select your Office account and click the Delegation and Sharing... button.
- Click the Shared With Me tab. In this section, select the shared mailbox in the list and click the - (minus) button. Click OK when done. The shared mailbox will no longer appear as a folder in the View list on the left side.
