Using Outlook on the Web to Manage Your Synced Mobile Devices


Outlook on the Web allows you to manage email sync access to your mobile devices.


Outlook on the Web allows you to manage certain aspects of connected mobile devices.

  1. Login to Outlook at
  2. Click the  icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Type "mobile" into the search field and click on Mobile Devices.

  4. Your available devices will be displayed. Click the pencil button to see detailed information, including the last time it was successfully synced. To remove a device, highlight it and click the trashcan button on the toolbar. This will immediately end a partnership between the mobile device and the mail server, until that device's mail settings are reconfigured.
