Changing a Voicemail Password

The following instructions presume the PIN is already known, and is merely being changed. If the PIN has been forgotten, please submit a ticket.

On Campus

1. Dial 4321 or press the envelope button.
2. Enter your current PIN followed by the # button.
3. Press 4 (Setup).
4. Press 3 (Preferences).
5. Press 1 to change the PIN.

Off Campus 

1. Dial 513.745.4321.
2. Press * to be prompted for your desk phone extension.
3. Enter your current PIN followed by the # button.
4. Press 4 (Setup).    
5. Press 3 (Preferences).
6. Press 1 to change the PIN.

NOTE: For security, your voicemail PIN cannot contain your extension, repetitive, or simultaneous digits.
