Accessing the THANKS! Employee Recognition submission site

A brief guide on how you can participate in the IT Employee Recognition Program.

When logging a thank you note recognizing another, keep in mind your recipient (as well as the recipients supervisor) will receive by email copies of the thanks you submit. We will cull information from the submissions log for a monthly drawing for Xavier swag.

Navigating to the recognition tool can be accomplished by the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the Employee Hub.


     
  2. Click on Self Service, then log in through the Central Authentication System.


     
  3. Once logged in, the IT Recognition Program tab should be visible and accessible to all IT staff.


     
  4. Offer recognition by selecting a name from the list and personalizing the text field, then submit.
