If you are attempting to add a Toshiba multi-function printer, please consult the directions listed under the "Related Articles" section instead.
To add a networked Xavier department printer:

Ensure that the computer being used is both Xavier-issued and connected to the Xavier network by either network cable or xavierwireless wireless.

In the Windows "Type here to search" box 
type \\nbcprint01 and hit Enter.

A new window will open with a list of available printers. Double-click on your desired printer to install. Once complete, the printer will show up in your printer list. 
- OPTIONAL:
- Set the new printer as default by opening the PRINTERS & SCANNERS control panel, clicking the printer, choosing MANAGE, and then SET AS DEFAULT.
- Remove old printers by opening the PRINTERS & SCANNERS control panel, clicking the printer, choosing REMOVE DEVICE
