Adding Toshiba Printer / Copier to Xavier issued Windows 11 computer

To print to a Toshiba multi-function printer, follow these steps:

1. Ensure that the computer being used is both Xavier-issued and connected to the Xavier network by either network cable or xavierwireless wireless.
2. In the Windows "Type here to search" box type \\xvpcprint and hit Enter.
   
   
3. A new window will open with a list of available printers. Double-click on your desired printer to download/install drivers. Once complete, the printer will show up in your printer list.
   
4. OPTIONAL:

• Set the new printer as default by opening the PRINTERS & SCANNERS control panel, clicking the printer, choosing MANAGE, and then SET AS DEFAULT.
• Remove old printers by opening the PRINTERS & SCANNERS control panel, clicking the printer, choosing REMOVE DEVICE
