Creating an Email Signature in Outlook

In Outlook, click on
File
tab >>
Options
.
Click on
Mail
>>
Signatures
.
Click the
New
button.
Name your signature and click the
OK
button.
Enter the text of your signature.
Under
Choose Default Signature
, set whether or not you wish to insert it automatically when a new message or reply/forward is created.
Click the
OK
button.
