Starting on January 22nd, 2024, Xavier IT will be expiring user created Microsoft 365 collaboration groups (i.e. Email, SharePoint, and Teams) that have been completely inactive for 5 or more years. These groups will be deleted, and anyone who is still an active Xavier user will receive notification emails if they have access to or will be impacted by planned deletions. As an added measure to ensure we don't lose valuable data, upon expiration/deletion, active users will still have 30 days to restore the contents. If you have old data or files that are stored solely in one of these groups that you would like to retain, you can either keep it active by accessing it prior to January, or archiving the data elsewhere (OneDrive, SharePoint, or network drives)
