Log on to webmail using your own credentials. You must have access rights to the mailbox you want to add.
Right click on “Folders.” Select Add Shared Folder or Mailbox.

Search for the mailbox you want to add in the Add shared folder or mailbox pop up box. Click to select it.

Click Add.

The shared mailbox will be in your folder list. Click to open.
