How to print using the bypass tray on a Xavier Campus Toshiba printer

  1. Open and load the bypass paper tray. Paper orientation is face down with the bottom of the paper closest to the printer. If you do not have the bypass tray open, you will not be presented with the option at the Toshiba to print from that tray.


     
  2. From your computer, select “print” from your program, select the Toshiba you wish to print to, and select “PAGE SETUP” from the print dialog. From the PAPER tab, select BYPASS TRAY from the PAPER SOURCE section. Click OK to set the selection and then Click PRINT.

 
 

  1. If you chose the secure-release print queue FindMe_MFP, you will first have to log into the Toshiba with your credentials or contactless card/phone, and release the job before proceeding to the next step.
  2. Return to the Toshiba. You should be presented with a screen* asking you to “Select the drawer or bypass tray. Press START button”. Use the touch-screen to select the bypass tray and select the large blue-green button to release the print.
