Creating a Signature in Outlook Web App (OWA)

To add a signature to your outgoing emails, follow these steps:

  1. In OWA, click on the gear icon and choose Options from the menu.

  2. Click on Settings.

  3. In the Email Signature section, compose your signature. You can use the formatting toolbar to add bold, italics, change font size etc.

  4. Click the Save button.
