Removing Contact Information from XU Alert Me

To opt-out of XU Alert Me, follow these steps based on your situation:

Active Xavier Accounts

Current students, employees and alumni should follow these instructions:

1. Log in to http://getrave.com/login/xavier using your Xavier credentials.

2. Remove or edit any phone number that you no longer want to receive calls or text messages on.

Inactive Xavier Account / Account No Longer Exists

If you previously attended or worked for Xavier and no longer hold an active account, follow these instructions:

1. Contact Xavier Campus Police at (513) 745-2000 to request removal from the XU Alert Me system. 

2. If you are currently receiving unwanted SMS alerts, you can opt out at anytime by texting STOP to 67283 or 226787.
