Scanning and Emailing Documents with HP Digital Sender 9250c

The instructions in this document will guide all personnel on how to use the HP Digital Sender 9250c, located on the 3rd floor of the Conaton Learning Commons.

1. Place papers face up in tray or in feeder.
2. Select Email on the touch screen.
3. Select To, insert the email address of the recipient, and select OK
4. A message will appear stating "Add email to Address Book?"  This is your preference.
5. If your paper is doubled-sided, select More Options >> Original Sides >> 2 Sided and select OK.
6. Push the green Start button.
7. You will be prompted to keep the current setting.  If you have multiple documents to send to the same email address, select Yes. Otherwise, select No.
