Reserving Group Study Rooms in Alter Hall/CLC

  1. Navigate to 25Live
  2. Use the Express Scheduling form to enter the date and time you wish to reserve, up to 2 hours at a time
  3. Under Express Locations, choose the room. If a room is not offered in the dropdown, it is already booked during that time period
  4. Enter an Event name
  5. Click save.

If you wish to reserve a room for longer than 2 hours, select Open in Form and follow the prompts.
