Checking an AARF Form's Submission Status
Checking an AARF Form's Submission Status

Submitted AARFs remain active for 30 days. If an AARF form was submitted more than 30 days ago, the request has expired and a new form must be entered.
If you have the email that was sent at submission:
Click the link to open the form.
Scroll to the bottom of the form, where you will see a list of all approvers.
The approvals take place in order. The first empty approval is what it is currently being waited on.
All DCs (data custodians) are listed on the form.
If all approvals have completed, check the XAnalytics and Oradba area. If they are listed as In Progress, this means they are adding the access.
If you do not have the email:
Go to
https://myxavier.sharepoint.com/sites/aarfs
Click on
Administrative Account Request Form Library
from the left hand side.
Either use the
Search
box to look for the username who the AARF was submitted for, or filter the
Access Request For:
column to that person’s username.
Once you’ve found the form, click on it to open it and use the above instructions to check the status.
