Lenovo laptop and docking station chargers are covered by a 1-year warranty. This warranty includes defective chargers only. If there is clear physical damage the warranty does not cover the cost of a new charger.
Should you suspect a defective charger, please call the Xavier University Help Desk at extension 4357.
- If the charger is defective and covered under warranty, the Help Desk will reach out to Lenovo to provide a replacement.
- If the charger is broken but not defective, or no longer covered under warranty, the Helpdesk will get in touch with the Xavier University Desktop Infrastructure group to provide pricing for a new charger.
