Checking voicemail remotely

To check voicemail from a remote location:

  1. Dial (513) 745-4321.
  2. When prompted, press *.
  3. Enter your ID when prompted, followed by #. (this is your 4-digit phone extension)
  4. Enter your PIN when prompted, followed by #.
If you have forgotten your voicemail PIN, please log a ticket requesting a reset.
