The iPad may prompt for a passcode.
1) Connect the 30' HDMI cable with HDMI extension from the Lenovo computer to an HDMI jack in the Front or Rear of the room to display video to the room projectors. If the HDMI cable is not connected to the HDMI wall jack you will receive an error message that says "This room is not available" "Issues: Preferred speaker "Crestron Display Audio is disconnected. Connecting the HDMI cable to the HDMI wall plate will resolve the Preferred speaker issue.

2) The HDMI cable is connected to the ZOOM Rooms computer 2nd HDMI output.
3) The Logitech MeetUp camera has an USB-C that connects to the Lenovo computer.
