Official course shells appear in Canvas about 1 - 2 months before the start of class. Use this request if you need to have a temporary Canvas course shell created prior to that date. You can also use this form if you would like a sandbox course to use in Canvas or if you need a course shell that is for an unofficial course.
Please provide the name of the person requesting the course and any preferred contact method (if none is specified, e-mail will be used). Also provide the Course Codes of up to 3 courses. The Course Code is listed above the left navigation bar in Canvas and is of the format 201509-ABCD-100-01 (term code, subject code, course number and section number).
