Using Outlook Web App (OWA) to Manage Your Synced Mobile Devices

Outlook Web App (OWA) allows you to manage certain aspects of connected mobile devices.

  1. Login to OWA at https://mail.xavier.edu.
  2. Click the  icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Type "mobile" into the search field and click on Mobile Devices.


  4. Your available devices will be displayed, including the last time it was successfully synced. To remove a device, highlight it and click the trashcan button on the toolbar. This will immediately end a partnership between the mobile device and the mail server, until that device's mail settings are reconfigured.
