Change Request

Initiate an IT Change Request for an existing Xavier system, software, or technology.  IT Change Requests require technology resources that generally include one or more of the following:

  • Date or term changes
  • Minor changes to existing system integrations
  • Regulatory or compliance updates
  • Manual job runs
  • Requests will be reviewed on a bi-weekly basis by the IT Leadership Team for prioritization and resource assignment
  • For project status, browse to "Ticket Requests" along the top bar of the Services tab in TeamDynamix.

NOTE: Any changes that impact Banner must be submitted by the Data Custodian of the Banner module impacted.
