If you are unable to login to Workflow, but are able to login successfully to other systems (such as Xavier email), then your login failures are likely due to a lack of appropriate permissions to Workflow... especially if you've never successfully logged into these systems before.
Login failures due to insufficient permissions will display an error message similar to this:
To resolve this issue, an employee should ask his or her direct supervisor to submit an Administrative Access Request Form specifying what level of Banner access is needed.
The above directions do not apply to Self-Service Banner (aka "web Banner"). That system is provisioned to everyone by default, and a rejected login indicates an incorrect username or password has been entered.
