Issue
The Solstice client has periodic required software updates to address bugs and enhance functionality. Using an older client may result in poor operating results such as dropped signal, video or audio lag, or inability to connect.
Resolution
Please update the Mersive Solstice client from the following link:
https://www.mersive.com/download/
- There is a DMG download option on this page. Click that option to download the SolsticeClient-x.y.z.dmg file . The x.y.z represents the current version. For example. on 02/17/2023 that file would be named SolsticeClient-5.5.2.dmg
- Find the file in your download location and double click to start the installation process.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation
