As a Xavier University student, you can easily set up your parents or guardians as authorized payers to access and manage your tuition bills. This article provides a step-by-step guide to help you grant them secure access to view and pay your educational expenses through the Xavier University billing system.
Step 1: Go to the Xavier University Students' Website:
Step 2: Access the "Pay My Bill" Option:
- Once on the students' website, locate and select the "Pay My Bill" option. This will redirect you to the billing and payment platform.
Step 3: Choose "My Account":
- On the left-side navigation panel, click on "My Account." If you are using a mobile device, tap the three bars in the top left corner to access the menu, and then choose "My Account."
Step 4: Select "Send a Payer Invitation":
- In the "My Account" section, locate the "Payers" option. Under "Payers," choose "Send a payer invitation."
Step 5: Provide Payer Details:
- Fill out the required information for your parent or guardian, including their first name, last name, and email address.
- Decide whether the invited payer should have access to view your statements or not.
- Optionally, include a message to the invited payer to personalize the invitation.
- Send the access invitation.
Step 6: Parent / Guardian Receives the Invitation:
- The invited payer (your parent or guardian) will receive an email in their inbox with a username, typically using their first and last name from the way they were entered on the payment invitation.
- The email will also contain a securely generated password.
Step 7: Log In to the Parent Payment Link:
- The invited payer should follow the parent payment link provided in the email: https://commerce.cashnet.com/xavierpay.
- They will use the username and password from the email to log in securely.
