Removing a Shared Mailbox From View Using Outlook for Mac

  1. Open Outlook for Mac and go to Tools menu >> Accounts.
  2. In the window, select your Office account and click the Delegation and Sharing... button.
  3. Click the Shared With Me tab. In this section, select the shared mailbox in the list and click the - (minus) button. Click OK when done. The shared mailbox will no longer appear as a folder in the View list on the left side.
