Registration Status
Once a supplier registration request has been submitted in workday, the requester will receive an auto-reply email stating that request has been approved. Then a link, user name and password are emailed to the supplier so that they can complete the registration. Their record will show up in workday as (Inactive) Please allow 5-7 business days before checking status.
If you have submitted a request and you don’t see the supplier when you search, you can submit a question by clicking on the “REQUEST SERVICE” button on the right to get an update.
