XU Office Swap
XU Office Swap
is one of the first initiatives the Laudato Si steering committee has implemented. Its goal is to allow XU Faculty and Staff to swap new and gently used office supplies instead of buying new ones. There is no cost for any of the items. This initiative not only helps to save valuable university resources but also creates a circular system for supplies and reduces the amount of waste sent to landfills.
Using XU Office Swap:
1. Login to XavierBuy and search “XU Office Swap” under Suppliers.
2. Look through the catalog and add any available items to your cart.
3. Checkout as normal.
4. Central Procurement will reach out to you to schedule a date and time for delivery.
