Gift Cards

• All gift card purchases must be reported, regardless of dollar value.

• The Gift Card Reporting Form must be completed individually for each gift card purchased.

• Gift Card Purchases with P-cards – Reconcilers should reference this Gift Card Reporting Form in their US Bank transaction comments.

• Gift cards are taxable to employees and may be taxable to students and others outside the University.
