Service Description
In certain cases, an individual is performing work for Xavier and requires an account for system access. These individuals are not faculty, staff, or students (and are not in the Banner system). This service request sponsors the creation of an account for such an individual. Examples include consultants, vendors, and non-Xavier employees performing work on campus. Special accounts are valid for ONLY up to 1 year, after which they must be renewed via this form.
Audience
Faculty and staff.
Requirements
Faulty and staff must state the purpose of the special account that they are sponsoring, and the access that it needs to have. The account should only exist for the duration in which the work is being performed.
