Network Drive/Share Issues

Service Description

This request should be used if you are unable to connect to the network drives (Q:\, R:\, T:\, X:\, V:\) or cannot access files or folders that you should already have access. In some cases, it is because files or folders have been moved or misplaced and IT can assist with locating them.

If you are in need to access to files or folders on a network share you do not currently have rights to, please submit a Network Drive/Share Request form instead.
